Flax Flapjacks

1/2 cup flaxseed flour

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

4 egg whites

1 tsp. baking powder

2 tbsp. almond butter


Serves 1


1. Stir together all ingredients in a bowl (minus butter) until well combined.

2. Pour desired amount into a gerased, preheated skillet. Flip each pancake once!

3. Serve with butter, if desired. (Note: you can replace butter with whipped cream if you prefer.)
